Where on Earth did you learn that?
Everyone knows that little kids say the craziest things, and daily I am reminded of this when Hailey will make comments that blindsight me. For instance, I am serving dinner the other day and she absolutely wants none of it. Finally, I bribe her with some over the top reward for eating carrots and slowly she takes a bite. Her little brain is sitting there processing what she has just eaten and then she says to me, "Hmmm, its actually pretty good." Mind you this is a two year old talking. Or the other day when I am asking her to pick up her puzzle and toys and she looks at me with a really distraught face and says, "Mom, I just need to sit down and figure this out." ??? Finally, today as we are snuggling together in her little bed she spots one of the photos on her wall. I'ts one of those black and white pictures of little kids doing funny things...anyway, she says, "Mom, do you remember when I was sitting on that bench and my little boyfriend wouldn't give me a kiss?" My first impulse was laughter...and then horror. Boyfriend? We don't use that word at our house. How do kids learn these things? Well, stay tuned for more insights from Miss Hailey herself.

Our Little Ham

I was in heaven during Hailey's first real photo shoot. I think that Melissa Niu did a perfect job of capturing every part of her funny personality!

DIVA

I walked out one morning to hear, "Mom, cute chastick!" Ever since the girls been obsessed with make-up.
Our Little Chef

We are not proud to admit that Hailey was in her first dance recital at age 1. Oh boy

Much to our chagrin she loves a good Dr. Pepper
